Return \ Cancellation Policy

The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
  • We are not responsible for colors showing incorrectly on your monitor. Please be aware that fabric colors can vary from one computer monitor to another. Samples of in stock items are offered at no cost (U.S. only), so please request a sample prior to purchase to confirm fabric color(s).
  • No returns, cancellations or refunds on fabric that is special ordered.
  • Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.
  • Please inspect your package(s) for accuracy and damage immediately upon arrival.  After 30 days, claims regarding accuracy and damage can no longer be processed.
  • Returns are accepted on orders (except special order fabrics) within 30 days of the original purchase date.  We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day return policy. We will be unable to issue refunds after 30 days from purchase.  Please note the details listed below.
  • Before cutting please confirm the accuracy of your order before any cuts are made. Examine fabric for pattern, color, yardage and quality before cutting. No claims will be allowed after it has been processed in any way. When sending fabric directly to a seamstress or upholsterer we recommend ensuring they check the fabric against the swatch you provide. We do not offer refunds of fees associated with finished goods.
  • All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. A tracking number on return shipments is highly recommended. We cannot refund payment for items that we do not receive.
  • Refunds cover the original purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. We offer up to 3 swatches at no cost so that you can see our fabrics before making a purchase. Our swatch policy can be viewed here:  Swatches
  • Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. 
  • If the return is a result of an error on our part or due to manufacturer defect, the customer is exempt from paying the original and return shipping costs as well as the restocking fee.
  • Items that have been cut, used or laundered cannot be returned.
  • Wrinkles on fabrics are not considered damaged goods as some wrinkles will occur during the handling of packages.
  • No returns allowed on Fabric Remnants or Clearance fabrics.
  • Please e-mail all refund requests within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds take 10 - 15 days to process.  Credit will be issued to your original form of payment.  We will notify you when your refund has been processed.
