Q:What fabric company made this panel. Why is it called Black Panel, does it come in other colors?

A: This fabric panel is by Elizabeth Studios Fabrics. The designer names the fabric but our best guess is it is called "black panel" because it is black around the edges. We do not carry this in any other colors.
