The terms, policies and described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
The buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. Shipping insurance on orders under $100 is available for an additional cost and must be selected by the customer on checkout. Shipping insurance is automatically included on purchases over $100. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation with no signature required (excludes USPS First Class Mail shipments).
Shipping insurance covers damage or loss of a package. Shipping insurance will not cover costs of a package that shows delivered by a carrier. In the event a package shows delivered and the buyer refutes the delivery, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to try and resolve the issue. If you prefer to receive your package with a signature required, please contact us via email or at 512-953-8840. There is an additional charge for shipments with signature required.
Most items are shipped within 3 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Some fabrics may need to be shipped to us from another location to fill your order. Those fabrics can take up to 10 business days to ship. You will be notified if your order is going to take longer than a week to ship. Orders of 13 yards or less of a continuous cut of Home Decorating Fabric will be folded and shipped in a box or plastic bag. Please note that some wrinkling will occur and is considered a normal part of the handling process. If you would prefer to have your order shipped ROT (rolled on a tube to minimize wrinkling), please contact us prior to placing your order. There is an additional $10 charge per roll to ship ROT.
International shipping charges do not include any custom or duty charges that may be due in any particular country. We do not ship via USPS First Class or USPS Flat Rate Envelope mail for International orders. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on International orders.
USPS quotes 2-3 days for delivery when using Priority Shipping. There is no quoted delivery time for USPS First Class mail. FedEx quotes 3-5 days for delivery. These time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. These time frames are the estimated delivery time after your order has been shipped, not from the order date. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier interruptions.
Please verify the shipping address entered on checkout. Any packages returned to us due to the buyer entering incorrect shipping information will incur additional cost to reship. Some shipping companies will charge an additional fee to correct an address on a package or intercept\reroute a package. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the additional cost.
FREE SHIPPING - If you qualify for Free Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. We will choose the shipping carrier of our choice on orders that qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies to one shipment to one location per order.
Your selected shipping carrier may be changed under any of the following circumstances:
- We determine that a lower rate is available for equal or better service to a specific location.
- We determine that an equal or better service to a specific location is available for a comparable rate.
- We determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process.
- Your order is being drop shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or a distribution center.
