The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
- We are not responsible for colors showing incorrectly on your monitor. Please be aware that fabric colors can vary from one computer monitor to another. Samples of in stock items are offered at no cost (U.S. only), so please request a sample prior to purchase to confirm fabric color(s).

No returns, exchanges or refunds on fabric that is special ordered.

Returns and\or exchanges are accepted on orders (except special order fabrics) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note the details listed below.
- All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. A tracking number on return shipments is highly recommended. We cannot refund payment for items that we do not receive.
- Refunds cover the original purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. We offer up to 3 swatches at no cost so that you can see our fabrics before making a purchase. Our swatch policy can be viewed here: Swatches
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- If
the return is a result of an error on our part or due to manufacturer
defect, the customer is exempt from paying the original and return
shipping costs as well as the restocking fee.

Items that have been cut, used or laundered cannot be returned.

Wrinkles on fabrics are not considered damaged goods as some wrinkles will occur during the handling of packages.

No returns allowed on Bargain Barn or Clearance fabrics.

Please e-mail all refund requests within 30 days of the original purchase date. - Refunds
take 10 - 15 days to process. Credit will be issued to your original
form of payment. We will notify you when your refund has been
processed.
